Screenshot Meme: FMA- Conqueror of Shamballa

Edit: I should be doing more productive things but I've been wanting to do this for awhile. I'll start on things I need to do now, don't worry!

Did a screenshot meme for one of my favorite movies of all time I like Megamind better though. FullMetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa!

2. Don't recognize him? That's not Alphonse Elric, folks, that's Alfons Heiderich!

3. That's part of Alfons's big speech to Ed about how the people on that side of the Gate are real and everything and asks Ed not to forget him. This is one of the scenes that made me cry, because spoilers, he dies like five seconds afterwards. It's really sad and it's a great scene.

4. That's crazy insane lady that wants to go to "Shamballa" and use it to win support for Hitler. I never bothered to learn her name the ten times or so I watched this movie.

5. Once she actually gets to "Shamballa" she goes insane and decides to destroy the world because it's different and she's afraid of it. She also claims that Ed and everyone from his side of the Gate aren't actually humans and calls them demons in a human form or something. Come on, Ed wasn't even that cruel when he was on her side of the Gate, he just called everyone a dream. She outright calls everyone demons, how rude.

6. Gracia and Maes. Maes is just adorable in this movie when he's not busy being a Nazi. This couple is perfect for each other on both sides of the Gate and it's my favorite pairing for FMA overall. I don't usually like canon couples but these two are just amazing.

7. Sorry, ya'll, I'm not an EdWin fan. I blame Winry, she annoys the crap out of me. I actually prefer AlWin, if that's what you call it these days, over EdWin, but if you ask me why I couldn't tell you. I don't usually like canon couples.

8. My gosh, Armstrong is one of my favorite characters ever. <3 I first saw him in 2003 and was like "I feel like I'll hate this guy" and my brother was like "he's the best character" and then he got all sparkly and Armstrongy and I fell in love with this guy. He left his sparkles on this poor guy which killed him or something and it was the most amazing thing. I loved it.

9. This one was hard, I could've picked like five different things here. I ended up with Ed leaving Al and Roy once the final battle was over. It's just...everyone can't win on this one and I HATE completely happy endings, but at this point the movie refuses to let everyone be completely happy and I love it. Al is just so brokenhearted, though, he just finally got his brother back and now he has to leave again. I just wish his voice actor wasn't going through puberty because his voice is so cracky in this scene. It makes me want to punch something, and Al shouldn't make me do that.

10. Favorite scene in the movie, one of my favorite movie scenes actually. This scene DEMANDS that you give the respect to Alfons that he deserves, dangit! Up to now, you're on Ed's side and you want him to be able to convince Alfons not to make the rockets and start a war, but you learn that Alfons has dreams and aspirations, too, things he wants to do, and even though he's against Ed here, he's completely justified. The movie also starts to really foreshadow his death now, practically shoving it in your face, though it kinda tells you a couple of times before that. This scene is absolutely beautiful with the way it punches faces and everything is blood and I love it. <3

11. Sum up all of FMA in one screenshot: You are going to cry. A lot. This movie plays with your feels, the series plays with your feels, FMA is very sad. This series likes to take characters, make you like them, and then kill them and leave you sobbing in your bed like you just saw your brother for the first time in years and you didn't get to see him nearly long enough and now he's gone.

This is an amazing movie and a great conclusion to 2003 FMA and you should go watch it right now.
I might do this meme again for other things I like. 8'D Kekkaishi, anyone?
